Iwi Art Purchasing Policy - Payments, Problems, Shipping & Returns

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase and understand our terms and conditions. Please read the following policy regarding payments, credit notes, shipping and returns. Should you have any other queries call or email us to discuss.

Payments

Iwi Art accepts online payments through our safe and secure payment gateway Payment Express. We accept MasterCard, Visa or Debit Card. 

Bank transfers are acceptable, please contact us to arrange. Please ensure to include your name and item description in the details of your bank transfer.

 

Shipping

Our policy is to process and ship all purchases within 24 hours. New Zealand buyers can expect their package within 2-5 working days. Overseas buyers will need to take distance issues into account and 14 working days is the timeframe that can normally be expected.

We offer free national and international shipping on all item/s through our shipping suppliers, NZ Couriers and NZ Post. All items are shipped with full insurance and tracking numbers. 

We are happy to use your preferred shipping company however this will be at your expense.

If an item is out of stock we will notify you within 24 hours to discuss time frame or alternatives.

 

Returns, Cancellations, Refunds & Credits

Should you want to cancel your order once you've confirmed payment online, please phone or email us within 12 hours and we will cancel your order and a full refund will be issued. 

All other returns will receive either a full refund or credit note. A full refund will be given if the purchaser makes contact within 24 hours of receiving the item/s. Returns after 7 days will receive a credit note.   

All returned item/s must be shipped at the sole cost of the purchaser unless prior arrangements have been made. Shipping must include tracking numbers and signing authority. If your refund is the result of our error, we will fully refund the return shipping costs (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).

Follow the return shipping directions on the back of the packing slip. Pack all items in a secure carton or re-use the original packaging and enclose the packing slip. 

Once the item/s are received by us we will process a refund or credit note. We will work quickly to refund  returns, and you should expect to receive your refund or credit note within 24 hours of the item/s arrivng at our offices.
